Phramongkutklao Hospital ("Hospital", "we") respects the privacy of users ("user", "you") of the PMK Health application ("Application"). This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

• Full name, rank, position, department
• 13-digit Thai National ID number
• Date of birth, gender, age

• Physical examination results: weight, height, blood pressure, pulse, waist, BMI
• Laboratory and X-ray results
• Medical history, medications, drug and food allergies
• Mental health assessment results (2Q, 8Q, 9Q, ST-5)
• Dental, ophthalmology, and gynecology examination results

1.3 Technical Information

• Device information (model, operating system)
• Access logs (date, time)

2. Purpose of Data Collection

• Provide annual health checkup services as part of the hospital's program
• Record and store health examination results
• Generate health checkup summary reports
• Schedule and track health checkup appointments
• Verify identity and maintain account security

3. Data Disclosure

We will not disclose your personal data to third parties except:

• Medical personnel of the hospital involved in your health checkup
• As required by law, court order, or authorized government agencies
• With your explicit consent

4. Data Security

• Data encryption during transmission (SSL/TLS)
• Data stored on the hospital's secure servers
• Authentication system with passwords and tokens
• Role-based access control

5. Data Retention Period

We retain your data for the duration of your use of the hospital's annual health checkup services, and may continue to retain it as required by law for medical records.

The application does not use cookies, does not display advertisements, does not track behavior across applications, and does not share data with any third-party services.
